About Me

I have been building websites for clients globally for three years now. I have found I really enjoy building web applications for a wide range of clients, from all over the world that help them engage with their clients, or help them run their businesses better.

I started freelancing at the age of sixteen and have been doing well ever since. At seventeen I started writing my book, and three days after I hit the age of eighteen I was a published author. I believe I have achieved a great deal in the relatively short period of time I have been a web developer, and that there is definitely a lot more to come in the future.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of being a CodeIgniter developer however, was organising CICON 2010 as it was a fun weekend, I learned a fair bit and enjoyed speaking with so many other CodeIgniter developers! This event spurred more CICON events around the world, including Japan and New York.

I am a freelance web developer for three reasons:-

  • I want to build web applications for web developers to help them run their businesses easily, and keep on top of running their applications.
  • I enjoy building web based solutions for clients looking to expand into the web, or looking for a web based solution to help them run their business.
  • I love solving problems, and if I can fix a problem somebody is having by building out a new solution for them on the web, I am happy, but most importantly my client is happy that they no longer have a problem.

I have vast experience with the CodeIgniter framework, having built numerous web applications and worked on many more with varying degrees of involvement. I can build a full-scale web app myself, work within a team or lead a team provided by you or work with my own freelance contacts to provide a full-service agency; helping you manage the project by only having to deal with one set of invoices, and one person to email.

If you are in need of a web developer, or specifically a CodeIgniter developer, then get in touch with me, and shoot me an email. I have written an ethical statement that specifies who I will, and who I won't do business with.
