Personal
2012 Goals

The past few years I've always set myself some goals. In 2010 I wrote a list of 101 Things to do, which was an epic task and I managed just over half of those things. This year I'm going to take a different tact, there are a few things that I want to do, and want to do well. There are some things that need to be addressed next year, some things I need to fix and get right, every day.

On Pricing

Earlier today a post by @cole007 was surfaced regarding pricing for web design and development work in the UK, if you haven't already, go read it here. It brought up some good points about people undercharging their clients, and sparked an interested conversation over twitter with myself, @PaulAdamDavies, @Jack_Franklin, @jamierumbelow and @46bit

Changing Faces, Adam Griffiths Development

After working as a lone freelancer for three years I have decided to make a small change to my website, whilst I've been working under "Adam Griffiths Development" for at least a year now, my website now reflects the name I use for business. Along with the new branding I have room to expand, as I am continually working with other people on projects now more and more, I feel a more company centric type website is more beneficial. This website and name also helps me lay the foundations for the future, and the possibilities of become a big company and hiring others full time.
